Electro flotation

The waste water is pumped in to the reactor. Here, the reaction takes place by means of direct current (DC) between the electrodes; small bells are produced. The oxygen in the bells oxidize on the electrodes. The oxidized waste makes a connection with the solved ion- and aluminum parts, flock forming is built. These flocks form a thick foam blanket, which floats on the surface. This mixture is pumped into the filter press for dewatering. Only 2% of the waste is left to removed. The Electrofloc is self supporting by means of a PLC. No extra chemicals are required.
