Ecomatic is a series of full automatic machines for the treatment and purification of industrial waste water. The reactor is filled up with waste water by means of the transfer pump. When the maximum level is reached, the stirrer time starts. The programmed quantity Ecostatic flocking product is dosed at the same time. After the reaction period, the sedimentation time starts. The water quality is measured by a turbidity meter. By means of a double valve system, first the water phase is drained on the belt filter.

The second stage is draining the sludge. In this way a lot of filter material is saved. By creating a clean filter surface, the valve opens again and the procedure is continued. When the reactor is completely emptied, the latter will be rinsed with the clean water, which is stored in the clean water tank of the machine. From this tank, the water is pumped continuously to the sewer or to a storage tank for re-use.

Sludge removal can take place in different ways. On the integrated belt filter, which transports the sludge constantly in to a sludge container for natural dewatering. Dealing with bigger quantities of sludge a filter press is brought in. The sludge is pumped into the chambers, with filter clothes, under a pressure of 15 bar.

The sludge cakes are extremely dry. The Ecomatics are available in either stainless steel or plastic (PE). The choice is based on the quality and composition of the waste water.
